To participate in the survey, please fill out the registration form below. You will then receive an email containing a link to the survey. The survey is designed to be completed by plan sponsors or advisors on behalf of a plan sponsor.
Compiled results are published, but plan-specific responses are completely confidential. Respondents to the survey receive, at no charge, a customized DB Expense Benchmarks Report for all plans on which they submit information.
